Prior to assuming her current role in August 2019, Mary served as 美高梅賭場鈥檚 Divisional Vice President, Compensation and Benefits.
听
Mary has dedicated her entire career to the world of benefit and compensation programs. She joined 美高梅賭場 in 2011, as Divisional Vice President, Global Retirement Programs and HR M&A, after working as a benefits consultant in healthcare, hospitals and manufacturing.
听
Reflecting on her experience to date, Mary says, 鈥淢y greatest satisfaction has come from seeing people I have managed or mentored grow and develop and be recognized for their achievements.鈥

In addition to leading 美高梅賭場鈥檚 Human Resources organization, Mary also serves as the President of the Clara 美高梅賭場 Foundation.

She earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree in Applied Math and Economics from Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
