Examples of Personal Information include, but are not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, gender, online identifier, trade union membership, or other identification numbers.

“Special Personal Data” means Personal Information that is considered sensitive under the Uzbekistan data protection law, and can include but is not limited to health data, racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious, philosophical or ideological convictions, data related to one’s sex or private life, and data relating to one’s criminal convictions or criminal behaviour.

How does ����÷ـ�� collect Personal Information?

����÷ـ�� collects Personal Information online and offline in a few different ways:

• Personal Information that you provide. We may collect Personal Information and other information that you provide when you use our Services, attend ����÷ـ�� programs or events, participate in research, and any other data that you may choose to submit or provide. With your permission, we may also collect data from another source like a device or social media account. Such information may include, but not be limited to, contact information (such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, user ID, and password), date of birth, professional credentials, experiences, activities, skills, preferences, hobbies and interests.
• Personal Information from public or third-party sources. We may collect data from public sources including, but not limited to, social media and other websites that enable social sharing. It also includes keeping your Personal Information for so long as there is any possibility that you or we may wish to bring a legal claim, or where we are required to keep your personal information for legal or regulatory reasons. Which are your Privacy Rights?

The applicable data protection law grants you comprehensive data protection rights to your personal information. Some or all of the following rights might be granted by the laws of your country or region:

• The right to rectify any wrong or incomplete personal data that ����÷ـ�� holds about you;

Your rights under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No.ZRU-547 dated July 2, 2019 (the “Law on Personal Data”), Article 30 include:

• to be informed of the fact that the owner and/or operator of a database or any third party possesses your personal data and the content of such personal data;
• to request the owner and/or operator of a database to provide you with information on the processing of your personal data;
• to receive information from the owner and/or operator of the database about the conditions of access to your personal data;
• to contact an authorized state body or court on the protection of your rights and legitimate interests in relation to your personal data;
• to provide and withdraw your consent to the processing of their personal data, except as provided under the Law on Personal Data;
• to provide consent to the owner and/or operator of a database, as well as any third party, for the dissemination of your personal data in publicly available sources;
• to request that the owner and/or operator of a database containing your personal data temporarily suspend the processing of your personal data, if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, was illegally obtained, or is not necessary for the purposes of processing.

Please note that these rights could be rejected or limited according to the applicable data protection regulations or may depend on additional requirements.

How does ����÷ـ�� protect the privacy of children?

����÷ـ�� does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children, except if explicitly indicated in the Privacy Notice. We do not knowingly allow children to order our products, communicate with us, or use any of our online services.

How does ����÷ـ�� keep Personal Information Secure?

It is ����÷ـ��’s practice to apply appropriate security measures to the processing of personal information, however, the confidentiality of personal information transmitted over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Personal information can be accessed by a restricted number of ����÷ـ�� employees. We train our employees about the importance of privacy and how to handle and manage customer data appropriately and securely.
